During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. tangren188 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. You agree to:
tangren188 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where we have not been notified of a potential breach. Any activity conducted via your Account prior to receiving such notification will be treated as having been authorised by you.
Before processing any withdrawal, tangren188 requires Account holders to complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of valid Verification Documents as described in Section 2. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission. tangren188 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
Access to and use of the tangren188 Service is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

tangren188 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).
All Account balances, transactions, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you have selected cryptocurrency as your Account currency during registration. For cryptocurrency deposits, a real-time MYR-equivalent conversion will be applied based on prevailing market rates at the time of deposit.
Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations, tangren188 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for large deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account holders who have completed the KYC verification process and whose Account is in good standing. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
Processing times listed above are indicative targets only. tangren188 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Participation in the tangren188 VIP Programme is subject to meeting qualifying turnover thresholds as published on the platform. tangren188 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and tier assignment criteria at any time. VIP tier status does not confer any contractual entitlement beyond those described in the current published programme terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tangren188 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:
Chargeback Policy: Any Account associated with a chargeback dispute will be suspended immediately. Remaining balances will be withheld pending resolution. Abuse of chargeback mechanisms is treated as fraud.
All content available on the tangren188 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, audio, video, written content, logos, trademarks, user interfaces, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of tangren188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without the express prior written consent of tangren188.
The tangren188 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tangren188, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if tangren188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tangren188's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tangren188's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

tangren188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notification displayed on the platform or by email to your registered address.
